Breeze Live announced at FFNY

Macromedia announced Breeze Live at FFNY.

This looks like a very nice product, cleaner and easier to use than others in the market. Major features from my perspective were the ease of doing on-the-fly changes to slide presentations, ability to queue up slides and have co-presenters doing background queuing and organization.

It had all the nice features you’d expect like screen sharing but even includes really amazing things like partial screen sharing or even single-application sharing–instead of sharing your whole screen, you just share MS Exce or the Flash IDE. No more worries about IM messages popping up while you’re sharing your screen.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Breeze Presentations to create an online presentation which I’ll be posting here shortly. I can’t wait to get my hands on Breeze Live. Only concern is price. Breeze is really expensive (I’ve been asked not to post exact pricing online) so I’ll expect Breeze Live to be even more. Hope it’s not priced out of the market ’cause it sure seems like feature wise it could become the market leader.
